While healthy skin comes from all round balance, it’s important to have a good skincare routine. Repairing and restoring your skin barrier allows other holistic practices to thrive… it’s like repairing the roof of your house so all the plumbing and electrics can work effectively.

The skincare industry can be confusing and contradictory with lots of products on the market that can have a detrimental impact on our skin. I offer 1-2-1 skin consultation appointments to help address concerns as well as helping to build a consitant skincare routine for clients that works with their lifestyle.

I use Dermaviduals products. As no two skins are the same their unique formulas and approach enable me to create bespoke blended products for clients to give the skin exactly what it needs. This means I can adjust/tweak a bespoke mix of products along your journey with me.

This appointment takes place online so it’s perfect for those who do not live near Brighton and can’t see me in person. It includes an initial 40minute online consultation where we discuss you and your skin (from your routine to products you have used to your diet, lifestyle, family history to see if we can link any of your skin concerns and symptoms you are experiencing).

Following the consultation you will receive follow up notes with product recommendations and protocols, as well as some lifestyle tips where necessary.

If you choose to purchase the Dermaviduals products I stock these will be posted to you. Following on from this you will have a 20minute follow up call around 3 weeks later to discuss how you are getting on.

I will be on hand via email for follow up questions and you will be able to book in follow up 30minute consult calls (at £40 per session) to reassess your routine further down the line to create bespoke skin products.
